26 questions
What does 360Onboard help me do?
360Onboard brings client onboarding and ongoing client work into a branded workspace. Collect answers, files, account access, signatures and payments during onboarding. Use the client portal to manage tasks, milestones, messages, file reviews, services and invoices.
Can AI build an onboarding flow for me?
Yes. Describe the information and steps you need, then review and adjust the result. In the webinar, a prompt for an SEO agency produced intake questions, an agreement, a payment step, a tutorial and a Google Analytics access step. The agreement was regenerated during the demonstration before the finished flow was reviewed.
What can I include in an onboarding flow?
The webinar covers questionnaires, file uploads, tutorials, contracts or proposals with signatures, scheduling, payment steps and platform-access requests. Choose the steps that match your process. You can also customize registration, branding, completion celebrations and redirects.
Can steps change based on a client's answers?
Yes. Conditional logic can control whether a step appears. The example in the webinar shows different payment steps for different service selections, so a client sees the payment that matches their answer.
Can I prefill information and keep internal preparation out of the client flow?
Yes. Fields can be prefilled, and internal steps can collect information used by later client-facing steps. The webinar describes an AI action that turns a block of client notes into structured values, then uses those values to prefill the client's questionnaire. The client can still edit the prefilled answer.
Can I collect access to a client's Google, Meta or other accounts?
Supported platform-access steps let a client connect an account and grant access. Where a platform does not support that connection method, the flow can provide guided instructions. The webinar demonstrates Google access and explains why some Meta access requests use a guided process. The connection method depends on the platform and account type.
Can clients sign contracts or approve proposals?
Yes. Contract steps collect e-signatures. Proposals add a review step in which a client can approve or request changes before signing. In the demo, the generated agreement includes signature, name and date fields. The client's name and date can be prefilled.
Can I use my existing scheduling tool?
Yes. The webinar discusses Google Calendar, Cal.com and Calendly. These existing tools are separate from the proposed native 360Onboard calendar, which was described as a plan rather than a released feature.
Can I collect payments and record payments received elsewhere?
Yes. Flows can include payment steps, and the portal includes invoices and payment tracking. The webinar discusses Stripe and Pabbly; the public homepage identifies the latter as Pabbly Subscriptions. You can also record an external invoice payment and mark the invoice as paid. Recording an external payment does not itself verify a bank transaction.
Can I automate work or connect another app?
The webinar covers API calls, email actions, SMS through a connected Twilio account, CRM actions, Notion export and adding a client to the portal. API actions can call another app as part of a flow; one example adds a new customer to a gym-management system. Access to particular integrations, API features and providers depends on the plan and connected accounts. A Google Sheets export was discussed as an upcoming addition.
What can I manage in the client portal?
The portal includes a dashboard, activity history, messages, tasks, milestones, files, services, invoices and payment tracking. You can review work from the agency side and preview the client experience. Available capacity and features depend on the plan.
Can I reuse tasks and projects for new clients?
Yes. Tasks can be shown in list or board views and grouped by fields such as assignee or milestone. Milestones can hold tasks and files, be saved as reusable templates and be grouped into playbooks. The webinar uses separate SEO and web-design projects to explain how these templates reduce repeated setup.
Can clients comment on websites, videos and other files?
Yes. The webinar demonstrates comments and annotations on a live website and a video. Feedback can remain attached to the file version and location it describes, including a video timestamp. Files can have different visibility settings for clients and team members, and comments can be resolved as the work is completed.
Can meeting notes and calls stay with the client conversation?
Yes. Supported meeting assistants can supply notes for import into the conversation, and the webinar shows a way to start a Google Meet call after connecting the relevant account. Importing notes from another tool is separate from the proposed native 360Onboard meeting-note taker.
Do clients have to open the portal every time they reply?
The webinar describes email replies returning to the portal conversation, so the conversation can continue by email while remaining organized with the client work. WhatsApp and Slack connections were discussed as planned extensions.
Can I customize the portal for my brand and clients?
Yes. The walkthrough covers themes, colors, fonts, custom fonts, login-page layouts, sidebar labels and the client homepage. Onboarding flows also have their own design and content settings. White-label options depend on the plan.
Can I move work from another client portal?
The webinar describes an AI-assisted migration prompt for an assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT. This is a guided migration that can account for the meaning of folders, clients and projects in the old system. The exact source platform, available connections and migration scope still need to be reviewed before a migration starts.
Can I use 360Onboard for multiple companies or brands?
Yes. Separate workspaces can represent different companies or brands. The lifetime plans discussed in the webinar include three workspaces on Professional and twenty on Agency. The current public lifetime-deal page lists the same workspace counts. Subscription-plan limits should be checked separately.
How do custom domains work?
Professional includes one custom domain per workspace; Agency includes two. You can use a root domain or subdomain for your onboarding flows and client portal.
Does Starter include the client portal or branding removal?
Starter focuses on onboarding and retains 360Onboard branding. It does not include the client portal. Professional and Agency include the portal and white-label options, with different capacity limits. The webinar describes the Starter branding as a Powered by 360Onboard reference in onboarding and emails; it does not show a finished visual example.
Is AI usage included forever with a lifetime plan?
A lifetime software purchase does not promise an unlimited lifetime AI allowance. The current lifetime-deal page lists one included AI year for Professional and two for Agency, followed by BYOK: bring your own AI provider key. In the webinar, David says the included period might be extended if costs allow, but does not promise an extension.
Can I use Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant with 360Onboard?
Yes. MCP, the Model Context Protocol, connects a supported assistant to 360Onboard tools. The webinar discusses working with flows, tasks, messages, feedback and portal customization through an assistant. Access remains limited to the tools and data available to the authorized connection. Agent support can help an assistant understand a problem and seek further support when needed; this is not a promise that every issue is resolved automatically.
Can clients see Google Analytics or Search Console reports in the portal?
The webinar shows SEO analytics through DataForSEO. Direct Google Analytics and Search Console dashboards are discussed as customer requests for future work. Requesting access to a Google Analytics account during onboarding is a separate feature from displaying that account's analytics in the portal.
Which features were roadmap plans in this webinar?
Plans discussed include a native calendar, a native meeting-note taker, a mobile app, more messaging-channel connections such as WhatsApp and Slack, broader analytics and Google Sheets export. Existing scheduling connections, imported meeting notes and the email-reply workflow described in the recording should be distinguished from those plans. No launch dates were promised for these additions.
Where is the lifetime deal, and is an AppSumo launch confirmed?
The lifetime offer is listed at 360onboard.com/ltd. Check that page for current plans, prices and purchase terms. An AppSumo launch was discussed as a possibility, not a confirmed launch. The webinar also says the prices shown with the 45% discount already include that discount; it should not be presented as a second discount on the displayed discounted price.
Where can I get help or suggest a feature?
Use the contact page or the support channel available in your account. David invites customers to send questions and feedback, including examples of the analytics or workflows they need. The webinar also discusses support for connected AI agents.
