Send one link.
Start with everything.
Send your client one onboarding link to collect answers, files, signatures, and account access. Add tutorials and scheduling so your team can start with the information it needs.

Questions with a purpose.
Build questionnaires around the details your team actually needs. Group questions into steps, explain what to share, and keep the answers with the client.
Make the agreement part of the welcome.
Add an e-signature step so clients can review and sign their agreement in the same experience as their intake questions. Keep the signed document with the response.
Access, without the guessing.
Request supported Google and Meta accounts, or guide clients through sharing access to other platforms. The response records what was shared and what your team needs to do next.
The right files, from the start.
Request brand assets, reference documents, and project materials inside the flow. Your client uploads them where you asked, instead of starting another email thread.
Show them how it works.
Add tutorials, instructions, and embedded content between the steps. Give clients context at the moment they need it, rather than sending a separate welcome document.
Make time for a real introduction.
Bring your booking link into onboarding so clients can choose a time with your team. Use the scheduling service you already work with.
A better handoff into the portal.
Add a Client Portal step to connect onboarding with the ongoing relationship. Identified clients finish the flow and continue to the portal sign-in page with their email filled in.
Keep the conversation going.
Use recurring questionnaire check-ins for ongoing feedback. Keep each occurrence as a dated response, with its own task completion and earlier answers available in history.

Welcome a new client, from start to finishCan a flow contain more than a questionnaire?+
Yes. Combine questionnaires, file requests, e-signatures, platform access, tutorials, scheduling, and a portal handoff. Choose the steps and order that fit the work.
Do I have to include every step?+
No. A short questionnaire can stand on its own. Add steps when you need documents, account access, a signature, or more context from the client.
Are signatures a separate monthly allowance?+
The plans are organized around form responses, with no separate e-signature allowance listed. Starter includes 5 form responses per month, Professional includes 15, and Agency includes unlimited responses.
Can I use my own branding?+
Yes. Customize the flow’s appearance, instructions, and welcome around your business. Check the plan comparison for the branding options included in each plan.
What happens when the client finishes?+
Review their answers and files with the response. If you include a Client Portal step, identified clients can continue to portal sign-in with their email already filled in.
Can I collect answers again later?+
Yes. Recurring questionnaire check-ins keep each occurrence as a dated response. Earlier answers remain in the history, so a new check-in does not replace the last one.
