Can every website be embedded?+

Most websites can be embedded in the portal. If a website blocks the preview, we give your client a direct link to open it in another tab. They can still return to the file’s conversation to share feedback.

Can every video be embedded?+

Most videos can play right in the portal, including YouTube videos, direct video links, and uploaded files. If a video cannot be embedded, your client gets a direct link to watch it in another tab.

How do timestamped comments work?+

Video and audio comments can include the current playback time. Your team can find the moment the client is describing instead of guessing from a message.

What happens when I upload a new version?+

The new version starts a fresh review. Earlier comments and decisions stay with their original version and remain available in the review history.

Can clients review PDFs and images?+

Yes. Share supported PDFs and images in the workspace and keep the feedback attached to the deliverable.

Can the client approve the work?+

Clients can approve milestones in the client workflow. Keep the reviewed deliverables and related tasks with the same project so the next step is clear.
