Flow Copilot helps you build and refine onboarding inside 360Onboard. MCP connects a compatible external assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to supported tools in your authorized workspace.
Can an assistant send messages and work with tasks?+
Supported MCP tools can work with client conversations, tasks, feedback, and other available operations. What an assistant can do depends on tool coverage, your permissions, and the scope of its connection.
Do I review a Copilot flow before sharing it?+
Yes. Review the questions, steps, and draft agreement, make your changes, and share the flow when it is ready for your client.
Can I choose my model provider?+
Supported providers include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and OpenRouter. Available models and usage costs depend on your provider and setup.
Does 360Onboard record my calls?+
Meeting notes are imported from supported connected providers. Recording and transcription depend on your meeting tool and its configuration.
Can I connect an existing automation?+
Use the public API and webhooks for supported events and operations. Create a connection with the workspace scope your workflow needs, then use the API documentation to build and test it.
