Build the flow in a conversation.

Tell Flow Copilot what your onboarding needs. Work through questions, steps, and draft agreements with the agent, then review and refine the result before sharing it.

You: Build a brand-design onboarding flow.

Bring your own assistant.

Connect a compatible assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, through MCP. Let it work with supported client, message, task, and feedback tools using an authorized account.

Give agents the right scope.

Create API and MCP keys scoped to the current workspace, selected workspaces, or all workspaces you can access. Your own permissions and the key’s scope both apply.

Keep meeting notes in the conversation.

Import notes from supported meeting tools and keep them beside the client discussion. A call, its notes, and your follow-up can live in the same conversation.

Kickoff call → Imported notes → Follow-up

Connect your own automations.

Use the public API and webhooks for supported workflows, from bringing client information in to keeping external systems informed. Choose the events and actions your process needs.

Help for the assistant, too.

Connected agents can ask the support agent for guidance through MCP or the public API. Keep a support conversation they can return to when they need help with an integration.

Good questions.

A little more
clarity.

Can the assistant do absolutely everything?+

Assistants can use the supported MCP or API tools available to the authorized account. Tool coverage, workspace scope, permissions, and provider capabilities still apply.

Can I choose my model provider?+

Supported AI providers include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and OpenRouter. Model availability and usage costs depend on the provider and your setup.

Does importing meeting notes record my calls?+

Meeting notes are imported from connected providers. Recording and transcription depend on the meeting tool you choose and how it is configured.
